Lissa sleep sounds, free on YouTube: Eight hours of sound for sleeping beside a snorer.

Three of Lissa’s sleep soundscapes, each played as one continuous eight-hour video on a dark red screen. Each is a color of noise with a slow binaural beat under it, and each is made for a different kind of snoring.

Getting the most from them

  • Wear sleep earbuds for the binaural beat: it needs one tone in each ear. The noise works on any speaker.
  • Keep the volume low, just above the snoring. Sound meant to run all night should sit quietly in the room.
  • The screen stays a dark red the whole way through, so a phone or tablet on the nightstand won't light up the room.
  • On YouTube, a free account may play ads. In the Lissa app the same soundscape plays all night without interruption and ends on a Wake Alarm.

Keep one, free.
